We know how important it is to feel confident in making an order online and that the item you've bought will arrive in good condition and as quickly as possible. We also understand that you don't want to pay anymore than you need to either!

Because of this, and based on our own experiences, we ship all our items with Royal Mail because we feel more connected with the incredible network of postmen and postladies.

Packing

All items are carefully packed according to the size and type, and we make sure that they all leave us in the condition we would expect them to arrive.

All prints larger than A4 are rolled and sent in robust tubes; depending on the number of prints in one order, we have two different sizes of tubes to accommodate them.

A4 or smaller prints are sent flat, in board-backed envelopes, with additional board protection.

With cards, purses, and teatowels, depending on the order size, it depends on how we pack them, but our key is always to ensure they are beautifully and safely packed.

Other than single cards, all items come wrapped in tissue for further protection, and wherever possible, we try to use recyclable or biodegradable materials.

 

Delivery within the UK

All items sent within the UK is by Royal Mail 1st Class. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of being ordered, and then we hope that they will arrive at their destination within two working days.

 

Depending on the total value of the order depends on how the order will be sent;

  • Up to £5 - Royal Mail 1st Class - £1 postage charge
  • Between £5 to £18 - Royal Mail 1st Class - £2.50 postage charge
  • Between £18 and £50 - Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - £6 postage charge
  • Over £50 - Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery - £8 postage charge

We appreciate that you might be looking for cheaper or even free postage, but once we add in all the packaging and the time it takes to pack your orders, we make a loss on almost all items we sell.

We have looked at all the options available to us as a tiny business, and this continues to be the best option.

When it comes to delivery, the most important thing is that it arrives with you safely and securely, and we feel that everything we are doing will ensure that happens.

Please consider your delivery address when placing your order; if it is over £18, you will need to sign or acknowledge its delivery.

 

Delivery within Europe (excluding the UK)

We do not currently ship to the EU.

 

Delivery to the USA

All items are sent by Royal Mail.

 

Delivery to Rest of the World

The Royal Mail International Service handles all items sent to the Rest of the World.

Due to current Royal Mail guidelines, the Post Office must double-check anything sent outside the UK before despatch. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot dispatch orders as quickly as we would like and now allow up to 2 working days to ensure that they comply with the current restrictions.

We hope that all orders will arrive with seven working days.

 

Depending on the total value of the order depends on how the order will be sent;

  • Up to £12 - Royal Mail International Standard - £6.80 postage charge 
  • Between £12 and £20 - Royal Mail International Tracked - £11.45 postage charge
  • Between £20 and £50 - Royal Mail International Tracked - £18.55 postage charge
  • Over £50 - Royal Mail International Tracked - £21.05 postage charge
